Utah Foster Care Foundation’s Annual Chalk Art Festival The 6th annual Chalk Art Festival will be held on June13th and 14th in downtown Salt Lake City. Thousands of families will flock to The Gateway to watch dozens of artists create beautiful, temporary works of art. The festival benefits Utah's 2600 children in foster care who need foster/adoptive families to to care for them. The Chalk Art Festival would not be possible without the support of our generous community partners.
