Information Packet

If you’re interested in becoming a foster/adoptive parent, there’s no doubt you have questions, and plenty of them.

For your convenience, Utah Foster Care Foundation has prepared an information packet that will not only help you to better understand the need for foster parents in your area, but also the obligations that come with being a foster parent and information on the difference you can make in a child’s life and the life of their family.

Utah Foster Care Foundation will be issuing an updated version of this Information Packet in April 2010, so please check back soon!

You can view, print or save (as a pdf) our information packet below. Alternatively, fill out our online information request form and a packet will be mailed to you.

You can download the entire packet as a PDF, or request a copy through the mail.

As you read review the packet, feel free to contact us with any questions you have along the way. When you are finished reading, contact the Foundation office nearest you to schedule an initial consultation. You may also call 877.505.KIDS or complete the online initial contact form.
